Another recall. Another China manufactured product. What's new? This time around, Orvis recalled about 220 stuffed horses and 1300 fairy doll toys (see pictures) because the plastic button eyes of the stuffed horse and the pompom nose of the fairy doll toy easily detaches posing a choking hazard to young children. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.
